How To Cook Stephanie Roll With Mushrooms And Chopped Eggs - Recipe

Required products :

1 kg of pork (maybe lamb) or ready minced meat

5 - 6 eggs

250 grams of fresh mushrooms

3 - 4 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons oil

a few slices of white bread

breadcrumbs

parsley

Bay leaf

ground black pepper

Method of preparation:

Soak the bread in water, then drain it. Mince the meat or use minced meat, add the bread, 2 eggs, butter, ground bay leaf, pepper and salt. Knead the minced meat, taste and add more spices if necessary.

Wash the mushrooms, dry them and cut them into small pieces. Fry them in 2 tablespoons butter. Boil the remaining eggs firmly, let them cool and cut them into small cubes. Add salt to taste, black pepper and parsley. Then mix the eggs with the mushrooms and stir.

Spread the minced meat on the hob and spread the resulting filling on its surface. Roll up a roll and put it in a greased pan.

Beat 1 egg and pour it over the roll. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs on top, pour the oil and bake the dish in the oven for about an hour.

Cut the finished roll into pieces and serve with slices of fresh tomatoes and cucumbers.
