Required products :

550-650 grams of boneless beef
130-150 grams of sour cream with a fat content of 20%
60-80 milliliters of cooking cream with the same fat content
2 medium onions
3-4 tablespoons of flour
6-7 sprigs of parsley
50-60 milliliters of oil
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Wash the meat, dry it and remove the bone.

 

Cut it into small pieces about 5-6 inches long each and 7-8 millimeters thick. Knock them by placing them in a plastic bag and then on a board. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.


Roll in flour and seal in very hot fat (put in a row) for about a minute until the meat is red.

 

Remove the beef to a plate. Reduce the heat and the same dish pour the chopped onion, and 3-4 minutes later add half the parsley.

 

Then return the beef to the pan, arranging it on top of the onions. Pour a little water and close the container with a lid. Allow the products to simmer for about half an hour on low heat.

 

Then add the two types of cream that you have previously mixed. Season with ground black pepper and salt to taste, close the pan with a lid and let the dish simmer on very low heat until the meat is ready.
