Required products :
2 carrots
200 grams peas
150 grams broccoli
150 grams cauliflower
1.5 teaspoons liquid cream
1 tablespoon flour
spices and salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Pour the cream into a suitable container and place on the stove.
While it warms up, divide the two types of cabbage into inflorescences. Put them in the cream.
Wash the carrots, cut them into thin circles and add to the dish with the other products. Let everything simmer on low heat for about 8 minutes.
Follow the peas.

Stir. The cooking time depends on whether you use fresh, canned or frozen carrots and peas.
When the products are ready, add a spoonful of flour, which will give the sauce the necessary consistency.
