Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of fresh potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1-2 stalks of fresh dill
  • 3-4 sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 2-3 whole cloves of garlic
  • 150 milliliters of cream without sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon milk mayonnaise
  • juice of one lemon
  • pinch of salt

 

Method of preparation:

 

Melt and heat the butter in a pan with a lid. Peel, wash, cut the potatoes in half and saute for 5 minutes.

Season with salt, pepper, add garlic cloves, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

When ready, sprinkle with finely chopped dill and parsley. Combine cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and mix until smooth. Serve the potatoes warm, garnished with milk sauce.
