Required products :

  • 1/2 chicken
  • 1/2 teaspoon olives
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 3 large potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon white wine
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • salt, pepper, thyme

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the chicken, fry the portions until golden brown in oil.

 

Remove to a plate and in the same fat put the diced potatoes and garlic.

 

Fry for a few minutes and return the meat to the pan. Add the olives, spices and thyme to taste.

 

In a bowl, mix the wine with honey and balsamic vinegar, pour over the products.

Bring the liquid to a boil, reduce the heat. The dish should be stewed for about an hour.
