How To Cook Stewed Chicken Mills With Rice - Recipe

Required products :

  • 300 grams of chicken mill
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • clove garlic
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon butter and oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder and turmeric
  • pepper
  • sol


Method of preparation :

Wash and cut the mills into 3 parts. Peel onions, garlic and carrots.

Put the mills in a saucepan, fill them with 350 milliliters of water, add salt and pepper to taste, add the onion (whole) and garlic clove. Place the pan on the hob and let the liquid boil, then let the products simmer for an hour.

Remove the onion and garlic, drain the remaining broth in the pan. Add the oil and butter, curry and turmeric and fry over low heat for about 2 minutes.

Cut carrots into thin straws, pour over the watermelons and fry for another 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

It's time to add the rice (pre-clean and wash it), stir. Pour 300 milliliters of water and add salt if necessary.

Close the pot with a lid and let the dish simmer over low heat until the liquid evaporates. Do not stir or open the lid often during this time.
