Required products :
1 kg of lamb with bone
2 onions
1 teaspoon white wine
salt, garlic, ginger and other spices to taste
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon curry
3-4 tablespoons oil
Method of preparation :
Pour the oil into a suitable pan and fry the lamb, which you have previously cut into pieces.
Take them out on a plate and in the same bowl put the chopped onion, garlic and ginger. Fry them and pour the wine. Add honey, cinnamon and curry, if you prefer other spices. Let simmer for 10 minutes, then return the lamb to the pan. Pour hot water and leave the dish to cook under the lid for an hour and a half or until the meat is ready.
