Method of preparation:
Wash and peel the fresh potatoes without removing the flakes. Melt the butter in a saucepan with a lid, heat it and fry the whole potatoes. Stir and season with salt and 2-3 sprigs of rosemary. Pour the wine, cover and stew the potatoes for 20 minutes. Stir periodically so that they do not stick. When ready, drain and serve warm, decorated with a few sprigs of fresh rosemary. If desired, you can melt butter, add garlic powder or other spices and garnish the dish with it.
