How To Cook Stewed Tuna In Oil With Onion, Wine And Bay Leaf - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of tuna fillet
  • 4 heads of old onions
  • 30 grams of butter
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon saffron
  • 50 milliliters of white wine
  • 1-2 bay leaves

Season the fillet with salt and pepper and cut it into cubes.
