Learn how to cook "Stewed zucchini with chicken liver, melted cheese and vegetables". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 zucchini (about 350 grams)
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 small onion
  • 100 grams of boiled chicken liver
  • 100 grams of melted cheese (or more)
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, grated
  • 3-4 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 3-4 sprigs of dill or parsley
  • spices

Method of preparation :

Wash the zucchini, dry it and cut into 2-3 parts. Using a spoon or a suitable knife, carve the inside of the pieces to make "bowls". Arrange them with the opening down in the pot or use a multicooker.

Peel, wash and cut into small cubes carrots and onions, and cut the fleshy inside of the zucchini that you carved.

Chop the dill / parsley, cook the livers for 15-20 minutes, wait for them to cool a bit, then grate them. Grate the melted cheese as well.

Pour half of the onion into a bowl, add the chicken liver, melted cheese, egg.

Season, add sour cream and stir. Fill the zucchini with this mixture, distribute the remaining vegetables (onion, carrot, chopped zucchini) on the bottom of the pot. If you have any amount of stuffing left that you could not collect in the vegetable "bowls", put it in the bowl.

Spread cream on the surface of the already full zucchini.

In a tea cup of water, dissolve one tablespoon of tomato paste and sour cream, add salt and pour this sauce over the vegetables.

Close the pan with a lid and let the dish simmer until ready. If you are going to use a multicooker, turn on the "Stew" mode for 30-40 minutes.

Serve the zucchini hot, and if desired you can sprinkle them with chopped parsley and grated yellow cheese.

Enjoy your meal!
