Necessary products:

 

  • 450 grams of white flour
  • 1 and 1/3 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon dry yeast
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons warm water
  • 1/2 cup flaxseed

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the flour, salt, seeds and yeast in a bowl. Pour in the water and stir until you get a homogeneous mass. Cover with a damp towel and leave the mixture to rise.

Grease a cast iron pan or saucepan with oil, flour the dish and pour the dough inside. Preheat the oven to 50 degrees and set it.

After 30 minutes, increase the temperature to 170 and bake until crispy golden crust. When ready, cut and serve the bread warm.
