400 ml strained yogurt with a fat content of 10%

3 - 4 heavenly apples

1 handful of cashews or other nuts of your choice

a little honey

a few mint leaves

Method of preparation:

Crush the nuts, peel the apples of paradise and cut them, cleaning them of unnecessary parts. In a clear glass put some of the milk, the fruit on it, then some of the crushed nuts and a little honey. Sprinkle with chopped mint leaves on top (optional). Arrange the ingredients in the same sequence once more. The last layer should be made of skim milk. Garnish with nuts and mint leaves. Leave in the refrigerator before serving.
