Necessary products:

berries

40 g powdered sugar

2 proteins

200 grams of peeled hazelnuts

frying oil

For syrup:

500 g of berries

150 g of sugar

Method of preparation:

Make the syrup first. To do this, wash and clean the strawberries, cut them into small pieces, sprinkle with sugar and cook for 5-7 minutes on low heat. Then strain the mixture and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Prepare 3 deep plates. In one pour 40 g of powdered sugar (you may need to use more), in the other the beaten egg whites, and in the third - the crushed hazelnuts.

Preheat the fryer to 170 - 180 degrees (no more) and do the following: wash, clean the strawberries and while they are still wet, first roll in powdered sugar, then in the egg whites and finally in the crushed nuts. Put two strawberries in the fryer for literally 20 seconds each. It is not necessary to fry the fruit, only the breading to tighten, and this is done quickly.

Delicious juicy strawberries are obtained, wrapped in a crispy crust. Arrange them in a suitable container in which you have previously poured the syrup and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Enjoy!
