Necessary products

for ice cream:

  • 100 grams of fresh strawberries
  • 200 grams of mascarpone
  • 200 milliliters of condensed creamy milk
  • 150 milliliters of confectionery cream
  • 2 tablespoons strained yogurt
  • 50 grams of powdered sugar

for the base

  • 1 teaspoon almond flour
  • 5 grams of salt
  • 1 protein
  • 5 grams of vanilla powder
  • 50 grams of powdered sugar

Method of preparation:

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Put the flour and salt in a bowl. Stir and in a separate bowl add the egg whites, vanilla and sugar. Mix and combine with the dry ingredients. Make dough and divide it into parts.

Roll each out and place in a muffin tin so that it sticks to the walls of the tin. Bake for 20 minutes and cool the resulting baskets. During this time, put the strawberries in a blender and beat 1-2 times. Pour them into a bowl and add the mascarpone, condensed milk, cream, yogurt and powdered sugar.

Beat the mixture with a mixer on medium speed and garnish each basket with the resulting fluffy cream. Arrange the bites on a tray, cover it with cling film and freeze for two or three hours. Serve the ice cream bites and enjoy them.
