Learn how to cook "Strawberry smoothie with almond milk and honey". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 3 1/2 teaspoons water
  • 3 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries

Method of preparation :

Put the almonds in a bowl and fill them with water. Leave to stand for at least 4 hours, and in case you do not have that much time, use hot water and drain the liquid an hour later.

Grind the nuts with a blender until a homogeneous slurry, which is strained through a fine gauze. So you need to separate all the liquid from the almond mass.

This is nut milk. Add the fresh peeled and washed strawberries, sweeten with a few teaspoons of liquid honey and grind everything with a blender.

You already have a delicious and very useful drink, which you only need to divide into cups and serve.

Enjoy your meal!
