Necessary products:
3.5 cups of strawberries
2 cups vanilla ice cream
For the glaze:
70 grams of butter
100 grams of milk chocolate
1/4 cup cocoa powder
Method of preparation:
Melt the butter in the microwave, break the chocolate and mix with the butter to melt. If necessary, put back in the microwave. Add the cocoa and stir until smooth.
In a blender, beat the strawberries together with the ice cream (if you consider, you can put a little fresh milk).
Pour the mixture into a suitable glass, pour the chocolate glaze, garnish with whole fresh strawberries and serve.
