Fry the finely chopped onion together with the minced meat. When the onion softens and the minced meat turns red, add the tomato puree and sauce, season and stew for 15-20 minutes (until the sauce thickens).
Meanwhile, boil the potatoes whole and without peeling them. They need to stay a little raw. Cut them in half lengthwise to make "boats", the inside of which you carve with a spoon.
Spread the minced meat with the sauce in the potatoes, sprinkle with yellow cheese and bake for 10-15 minutes until the coating melts and a golden crust forms.
