How To Cook Stuffed Baked Potatoes With Sausages And Eggs - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 medium-sized potatoes, baked / about 250 grams each /
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 200 grams of minced sausages
  • 2 eggs at room temperature
  • 1/4 tea cup grated yellow cheese
  • fresh parsley

Method of preparation :

 

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  • Cut the lid of the potatoes and carve the inside. If they have cooled, preheat them in the oven before filling.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Peel the sausages and fry them for a few minutes, using a wooden spoon to break them into small pieces.
  • Distribute them in the potatoes and lightly press the filling.
  • Beat one egg at a time and sprinkle with grated yellow cheese.
  • Coat the potato peel with melted butter and bake for about 18-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the yolk remains slightly loose.
  • Serve warm, sprinkled with fresh parsley.
