How To Cook Stuffed Braid With Two Types Of Pesto And Mozzarella - Recipe

Necessary products:

for the dough
  • 400 grams of flour
  • 9 grams of dry yeast
  • 3 teaspoons melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 broken egg
  • 200 milliliters of fresh milk

 

for the filling
  • 150 grams of basil pesto
  • 150 grams of dried tomato pesto
  • 200 grams of finely chopped mozzarella
  • 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • a tablespoon of dried oregano

 

for spreading:
  • 1 beaten egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon water

 

Method of preparation:

Sift the flour and add the dry yeast. Make a medium in which you pour a mixture of beaten egg, butter and milk, combined with salt and sugar. Knead the dough and leave it to rise.

Then roll out the crust and spread it on a rectangular tray. Make incisions at the edges and spread the middle with both types of pesto.

Garnish with mozzarella.

Knit the dough pieces, spread them with beaten egg yolk mixed with water, sprinkle with Parmesan and dried oregano. Wait for it to double in volume again and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. When ready, cool, cut and serve.
