Necessary products:

1 carp (approximately 1-2 kg)

2 carrots

3 onions

1/4 cup rice

200 grams of mushrooms

salt, pepper, vegetable oil

1/2 tablespoon grated yellow cheese (optional)

Method of preparation:

Remove all guts and bones from the fish, cut the meat, leaving only clean skin. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.

Prepare the filling as follows: fry half of the onion until transparent, in the same pan pour a little more oil and add the grated carrots, diced mushrooms, fry them until dry. Allow to cool. Grind the carp meat together with the rest of the onion using a meat grinder. Add mushrooms, carrots, rice, grated yellow cheese, salt, season with pepper. Mix everything well and fill the skin with this filling. Sew, but not completely - leave 4-5 cm. Pierce with a carp needle on both sides and bake in the oven for 1.5 hours.
