Learn how to cook "Stuffed chicken with minced meat, boiled eggs, pineapple and cheddar cheese". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
1 whole chicken weighing about 1.5-1.7 kg
3 boiled eggs
3 tablespoons sour cream with a fat content of 20%
2 tablespoons melted butter
For the marinade:
120 milliliters of pineapple juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
For the stuffing:
650 grams of minced meat mixture
200 grams of canned pineapple, diced
1 onion (finely grated)
1 coarsely grated carrot
100 grams of grated cheddar cheese
2 raw eggs
2 tablespoons ketchup
4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1.5-2 teaspoons salt
0.5 -2 teaspoons ground black pepper
Method of preparation :
Prepare the chicken for stuffing by removing all the bones and leaving only the meat. You can do this easily with a sharp small knife. Start from the hole in the bottom of the chicken, remove the bones from the thighs, remove the spine and separate the breasts beforehand. Do not touch the wings.
Make the marinade by mixing the pineapple juice with the soy sauce and black pepper. Dip the chicken in it and leave for 2-3 hours (maybe overnight).
Prepare the filling. Add 200 grams of chopped pineapple, grated carrot, onion and cheese, 2 raw eggs, breadcrumbs and spices to the minced meat. Mix well.
Tie or sew the neck and fill the chicken through the bottom hole with half of the finished mixture. Arrange the three boiled eggs in the middle exactly one after the other and then put the remaining minced meat. Don't forget to fill the legs as well.
Sew the hole, cross the legs and tie.
Dry the surface of the chicken with a suitable cloth and place it in a greased pan. Spread generously with 2 tablespoons of sour cream and place in the oven preheated to 190 degrees. Let the dish cook for about 1.5 hours (until golden).
30 minutes after the start of baking, spread the remaining cream on the surface, and 20 minutes before it is ready, spread with melted butter.
If the surface starts to burn, you can cover with foil.
When you take the chicken out of the oven, let it rest for 10-15 minutes, then cut and serve.
Enjoy your meal!
