Required products :

  • 50 grams of Basmati rice
  • 1 onion
  • 600 grams of mushrooms
  • spices to taste
  • oil

Method of preparation :

Boil the rice in salted water until ready.

Wash the mushrooms, remove their feet, and arrange the caps in a greased pan with the holes facing up.

Finely chop the onion, fry it briefly in oil and then add to it the chopped parts of the mushrooms that you previously separated from the caps. Let everything fry until golden.

Pour the prepared rice into the bowl with the stuffing, season and fill the mushrooms tightly with this combination.

Bake them for about 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
