How To Cook Stuffed Pears With Cheese And Walnuts In Puff Pastry - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of fresh pears
  • 300 grams of puff pastry
  • 150 grams of feta mermaid
  • 50 grams of crushed walnuts
  • 10 grams of cinnamon
  • 1-2 tablespoons brown sugar

 

Method of preparation:

 

Cut in half and clean the fruit. Spread the puff pastry and apply them. Using a sharp knife, cut out their shape and petals. Cover the outside of the fruit with batter and make small incisions.

 

Decorate with petals, cover a tray with a sheet of parchment and arrange the pears. Fill the middle with grated cheese, mixed walnuts with cinnamon and sprinkle with brown sugar.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the fruit for 30-35 minutes. Cool and serve, optionally garnished with a scoop of ice cream or sour cream.
