Required products :

  • 3 sweet peppers (peppers or other suitable for filling)
  • 400 grams of canned tuna in oil
  • 3 slices of white bread
  • 3 eggs
  • parsley to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs or grated yellow cheese to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the crusts of the slices of bread and break the soft part with your fingers. Chop the parsley, beat the eggs lightly with a fork, mash the fish together with the butter.

Mix the products, season with salt and oregano and the filling is ready.

Cut each of the peppers in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, dry the inside with paper and fill the resulting "bowls" with minced fish.

Sprinkle with breadcrumbs or grated yellow cheese, then bake the appetizer for half an hour in the oven at medium temperature (180 degrees).
