1/2 teaspoon flour

250 milliliters of cream of your choice

salt, pepper, garlic powder and spices to taste

Method of preparation :

Wash the whole potatoes well and arrange them in a pan greased with oil without peeling them. Put them in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 15 minutes, then remove and allow to cool.

Wash the mushrooms, chop them finely, and peel the onions and cut into small cubes.

Melt the butter in a pan and pour over the mushrooms. Let simmer over medium heat for 7 - 10 minutes, then add the onions. Leave on the stove until ready. Add the flour, stirring quickly to thicken the mixture. Pour the cream, season to taste and remove the pan from the heat. Cut the bacon into pieces and fry it.

The products for the stuffing of the boats are ready.

Arrange the carved potatoes in a pan greased with fat and put a piece of butter in each and sprinkle a little vegetable seasoning. Then distribute the mushroom stuffing, bacon and place the dish to bake in the oven at 180 - 200 degrees for about 15 minutes. Remove, sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and return to the oven to bake the latter and form an appetizing yellow cheese lid.

Before serving, you can pour the finished boats with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Enjoy your meal!
