Necessary products:

 

  • 1 chicken about 2 pounds
  • 3-4 onions
  • 2-3 tomatoes
  • 1 carrot, cut into circles
  • 7-8 prunes
  • 1-2 red peppers
  • 100 milliliters of dark beer
  • salt, black and red pepper
  • for the stuffing
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 4-5 prunes
  • 150 grams of fresh mushrooms
  • 30 grams of frying oil
  • 50 milliliters of water

 

Method of preparation:

 

Clean the chicken, wash and dry. Fry the mushrooms in oil, add the rice, prunes, pre-cleaned and pour the water. Cook until the rice grains swell.

Fill the chicken with the stuffing, sew it with a thick thread and put it in a tray. In the same fat, saute onions, tomatoes, carrots, prunes and peppers. Pour the beer and stew the mixture for 20 minutes.

Season with salt, pepper and paprika to taste. Pour the vegetables around the chicken, preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake the dish until done. Cool, distribute portions and serve.
