How To Cook Stuffed Squid In Cream Sauce And Tomatoes - Recipe

Required products :

4 squid
300 grams shrimp (peeled)
1-2 potatoes
50 milliliters of olive oil
250 milliliters of sour cream with a fat content of about 10%
2 cloves garlic
4 tomatoes
2 egg yolks
fresh basil and parsley to taste
lemon to serve
salt and pepper

 

Preparation :
Clean the squid, cut the tentacles.


Put the potatoes to boil whole and without peeling.


Put the tentacles in boiling water and let them boil for 3 minutes, then dry.


Make cross-cuts on the bottom of the tomatoes, scald in boiling water, peel and chop finely.


Cut the tentacles too.


And the shrimp ...


Add salt and pepper to the yolks, beat lightly.


Peel the potatoes and mash, add the eggs, chopped tentacles and shrimp, add chopped fresh basil.


Fill the prepared squid with the resulting mixture and close with toothpicks.


Heat olive oil, fry garlic cloves in it and remove them from the fat. Reduce heat to low and add squid. Let cook for about 30 minutes.


Finally add the tomatoes and parsley, pour the cream.

 

Leave everything on the fire for a few more minutes and the dish is ready. Serve with a slice of lemon.
