Necessary products:

2 large young zucchini

2 medium carrots

1 onion

300 g sausages

150 g of yellow cheese

2 tomatoes

100 g mayonnaise or sour cream

2 cloves garlic

black pepper and salt to taste

Method of preparation:

Wash and dry the zucchini, cut them in half lengthwise and remove the inside with the seeds.

The stuffing. Grate a carrot on a large grater, onion cut into cubes, sausage - into cubes or strips. Fry onions and carrots in oil, then add the sausage and fry until the latter turns red. Cut the tomatoes into large pieces and add them to the filling. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Separately mix the cream or mayonnaise with the crushed garlic.

Return to the "boats" of zucchini. Add a little salt and spread with cream / mayonnaise (inside and out), fill with the filling. Arrange in a pan greased with oil and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Then remove from the oven, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.

Garnish with parsley or dill and serve.
