250 grams of sugar a
little lemon peel
fresh milk

For the third filling:

500 grams of apricot jam

Method of preparation :

The dough

Sift the flour, add the baking powder, vanilla, coarsely grated chilled butter, sugar, eggs and quickly knead the dough. Divide it into four parts and refrigerate for an hour.

In the meantime, deal with the fillings.

Mix poppy seeds with sugar, add grated lemon peel and pour boiling milk, the amount of which should be enough to obtain a sticky mixture.

Prepare the second filling as the second - mix the products and pour fresh milk.

Take the dough out of the fridge, roll out one part and with the help of the rolling pin place it in a pre-greased pan, the bottom of which you have covered with a sheet of parchment paper. Apply the poppy seed filling.

Then roll out the next peel, put it on the poppy seeds and spread with apricot jam.

It is the turn of the third layer of dough, cover it with the walnut mixture and finish the pie with the fourth rolled part of dough.

Coat the surface with beaten egg and make wavy "strokes" with a fork.

Bake at an oven temperature of 200 degrees, and the required time is 1 hour.

When the pie is ready, wait for it to cool and place a board on the tray. Turn the dish over, then turn over once more using a second board.

Enjoy your meal!
