Butter salts are very tasty and filling. They can be made both sweet and salty. They are available and allow for different taste interpretations. You can eat them for breakfast in the afternoon, instead of choosing the products ready from the store.

Required products :

  • 375 grams of puff pastry
  • 3 tablespoons tahini or peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 broken egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Roll out the puff pastry slightly.

Mix the tahini with honey and spread the dough well. Sprinkle with a little sesame seeds.

Cut into 1 cm strips, fold them in half and spiral the saltines.

Brush with egg and sprinkle with more sesame seeds and a little salt.

Bake for about 15 minutes, until golden and crispy.

You can store the salts in a tightly closed container for up to 2 days.
