Easy to prepare tacos, suitable for a quick and tasty lunch or dinner. If you like the spicy taste, add a pinch or two of chili or finely chopped hot peppers.

Method of preparation :
To warm the tortillas, wrap them in foil and place them on the bottom row of a preheated oven.
Put aluminum foil in a baking tray and place the salmon fillet skin side down. Bake it in the middle row of the oven for about 10-12 minutes. Rotate the pan once so that it bakes on all sides. Bake for 5 to 8 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillet.
Sprinkle the salmon with chili, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon olive oil and distribute the spices with a heat-resistant brush. Return to the oven for 2-3 minutes until browned on top so that the spices are slightly browned.
Mix the cabbage salad mix with lime juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Remove the skin from the salmon. Put in each tortilla of tender fish fillet and 2-3 tablespoons of pineapple salsa. Serve with cabbage salad and optionally garnish with hot chili sauce.
