Prepare the classic recipe for Beef Stroganoff - tagliatelle with beef and mushrooms for a delicious dinner. If desired, you can serve the dish with rice instead of pasta.

Fry the onion in hot olive oil for about 15 minutes or until completely softened. Pour a little water if it starts to burn. Add the garlic, cook for another 2-3 minutes and add the butter. Pour the mushrooms, cook until soft, season to taste and transfer to a plate.
Mix in a plate 1 tablespoon of flour with salt and pepper and roll the thin pieces of beef fillets in the mixture, then fry them in a hot and greased pan until nicely browned. Add the onion and mushrooms to the pan and continue cooking.
Mix the sour cream (or cream fry) with the mustard and beef broth and pour the mixture into the pan with the meat and vegetables. Stir and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until done.
Serve Beef Stroganoff with fresh parsley and boiled tagliatelle or rice.
