Required products :
100 milliliters of dry or semi-dry champagne
6 milliliters of tangerine liqueur
1 lump sugar
slice of orange
a slice of lemon peel
ice cubes
Method of preparation :
At the bottom of a suitable tall glass of champagne put a slice of orange, a slice of lemon peel and a lump of sugar (you can soak the lump with 3-4 drops of Curacao liqueur). Pour the mandarin liqueur, fill the glass with champagne and put ice cubes.
