Necessary products

For swamps:

  • dough is not sweet

For the stuffing:

  • 500 grams of cottage cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon starch
  • 100 grams of sour cream or liquid cream (whichever you choose, the fat content should be 20%)
  • a pinch of vanilla

For sprinkling:

  • 4 tablespoons dry chopped orange peel

Method of preparation :

Put the dough in a plastic bag and store for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.

When the dough has cooled, roll it out and spread it on the bottom and walls of a suitable round pan. Punch the surface with a fork and put in the oven for 10 minutes.

Beat the eggs with 100 grams of sugar, add the starch, stir, then add the cream with a pinch of vanilla and cottage cheese. Stir again. If the curd is lumpy, first pass it through a sieve or grind together with the cream, the consistency of the cream should be creamy.

Pour the mixture over the dough and sprinkle with orange peel on top.

Reduce the oven temperature to 160 degrees and bake the tart for 35-40 minutes. The finished filling is soft, airy and tender, but does not spill.

The dessert is served chilled.

Enjoy!
