Necessary products

For the dough:

  • 50-60 grams of wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon carbonated water
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs

For the fruit supplement:

  • 1 large orange
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 25 grams of butter

 

Method of preparation :

Add eggs, salt and sugar to the pre-sifted flour. Then gradually pour carbonated water, make a loose homogeneous dough.

Bake thin pancakes from it until they turn a little red.

The stuffing.

Peel the oranges and cut them into 7 mm thick pieces. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sugar.
