Finely chop the garlic, mix it with salt, coriander and black pepper, crush everything.
Wash the peppers and cut into pieces, fry until done (about 7 minutes).
Add the spice mixture and stir.
A minute later, pour the chickpeas into the bowl.
Followed by tomatoes, sugar (it will kill the slightly sour taste), pour the broth and bring the soup to a boil.
Then reduce the heat and let it cook for 15 minutes.
Once it is ready, wait for it to cool a bit and puree with a blender.
You can serve with sour cream.
