Fill the tomatoes with water, add the vinegar and place on the stove. Once the liquid boils, turn off and let the mixture stand for 30 minutes. Then drain the water and the tomatoes should drain well.
Heat a frying pan, roast the walnuts in it. Peel two garlic cloves, grate Parmesan cheese.
Pour the tomatoes in a blender, add the garlic, walnuts and grind. Then add parmesan and basil and beat once more.
Pour olive oil to taste in the prepared sauce and you can transfer it to a jar and store in the refrigerator.
