Method of preparation:
Wash, dry and cut the tomatoes in half. Carve the meat with a knife or spoon and set aside. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the rice.
Add the olives, chopped coriander and pour three teaspoons of water. Boil the rice and cool it.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, fill the tomatoes with the mixture and season with olive oil. Cool and serve.
