How To Cook Tomato Tart With Mozzarella, Prosciutto And Arugula - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 200 grams of puff pastry
  • 1 tomato, cut into fine circles
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • a few sprigs of fresh thyme
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 200 grams of prosciutto, finely chopped
  • 100 grams of grated mozzarella
  • 1-2 pinches of flour
  • 1-2 leaves of fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter for spreading

 

Method of preparation:


Prepare and grease a pie tin. Knead and roll out the dough, spread it in the pan so that it covers all sides.

 

Coat the peel with mustard, season with finely chopped thyme, arrange the tomatoes and season with basil.

 

Sprinkle with mozzarella, preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake until golden.

 

When ready, garnish with prosciutto and arugula leaves. Cut and serve the tart warm.
