Mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, tuna, capers, dill and pepper. Stir to combine all ingredients well.
Put the tomatoes in a pan with the cuts facing up. Carve the lower part and fill it with a mixture of mayonnaise and yogurt. On each stuffed tomato, put 1 slice of cheddar cheese. Bake for about 10 minutes, until the cheddar melts and begins to toast. Put the lids on the tomatoes.
