How To Cook Tortilla Rolls With Tuna, Spinach And Carrots - Recipe

Required products :

  • 400 grams of canned cinnamon beans
  • 5 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 tortilla drinks
  • 400 grams of canned tuna in olive oil
  • 1 red onion
  • 125 grams of fresh spinach leaves
  • 200 grams of canned peppers
  • 2 carrots
  • 150 grams of cheddar cheese

 

Method of preparation :

Pour the beans into a bowl along with some of the liquid in the can. Add the lemon juice, olive oil and mash. If necessary, pour a little more water, add salt to taste.

Warm the tortilla cakes, spread them with bean paste. Then put fresh spinach leaves, tuna, finely chopped red onions, strips of pepper, grated carrot. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese and roll into rolls, the ends of which fold. Slice and serve.
