How To Cook Tricolor Cocktail With Rum, Pineapple, Strawberries And Peaches - Recipe

Required products :

  • 120 milliliters of rum
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon pineapple
  • 2 teaspoons agave syrup (sweetener)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut cream
  • 120 milliliters of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ice
  • 2 strawberries - sliced
  • 1 peach - chopped
  • strawberries and grated coconut for garnish

Method of preparation :

Put rum, pineapple, agave syrup, coconut cream, lemon juice and ice in the blender jug. Blend - this is your base mixture.

Divide the mixture into 3 equal parts.

Beat the strawberries in one and the peaches in the other.

Take tall glasses and put at the bottom some of the base mixture with pineapple, freeze for 10 minutes, then put the strawberry, freeze again and finish with the peach. Garnish with strawberries and grated coconut.
