Necessary products:

1 large trout (cleaned)

1 tablespoon tomato paste

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon of starch

1 small head of red onion

2 - 3 cloves of garlic

left

a few slices of lemon

olive oil

Method of preparation:

Make several cross-sections on the fish (at a slight angle), rub it with salt (including incisions) and place on foil. Cut the onion into large pieces, the garlic cloves into 2-3 pieces and fill the trout. Make a sauce by mixing honey, tomato paste, lemon juice and starch. Spread the fish with it and add the rest to the onion and garlic. Cut the lemon rings in half and place them in the slices. Place the fish in a pan, lightly covering it with foil and let it bake for about 35 - 45 minutes (depending on the oven). Then dissolve the foil and sprinkle the trout with olive oil and bake some more on the grill function.
