In this recipe for a healthy salad with tuna and avocado, yogurt is used instead of mayonnaise, which provides useful proteins. Serve with slices of cucumber, lettuce leaves or wholemeal crackers.

Required products :

  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can of tuna, strained
  • 1/4 cup onion or celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber, cut into slices

Method of preparation :

In a small bowl, mix the mashed avocado with the low-fat yogurt. Add lemon juice, parsley, garlic powder, red and black pepper and salt to taste. Pour 1 can of tuna and chopped celery or onion. Mix well and serve with 1/2 cucumber, cut into pieces.
