Required products :

  • 150 grams of rice
  • 200 grams of tuna in oil (canned)
  • 150 grams of canned peas
  • 150 grams of sweet corn
  • 3 eggs
  • 10 pickles
  • 1 fresh cucumber
  • 1 onion (optional)
  • 120 grams of mayonnaise
  • 1/2 yellow pepper

 

Method of preparation :

Boil and cool the rice. Boil the eggs hard and also leave to cool.

In a deep bowl, combine the rice, tuna, corn and peas. Add two of the eggs, which you pre-chop finely, also half of the fresh cucumber, cut into squares, and pickles - finely chopped.

If you decide to use onions, add it to other products, it will give a sweet taste to the salad.

Finally add 120 grams of mayonnaise and stir.

With the other products (egg, pepper and fresh cucumber) decorate the dish and make it tasty.
