Required products :

2 cans of tuna in its own juice
450 grams of canned red beans
100 grams of cherry tomatoes
1/4 medium head of Chinese cabbage
30-50 grams of rye croutons
250-300 grams of mayonnaise (or to taste)


Method of preparation :

Drain the liquid from the beans, rinse them with clean cold water, allow to drain well and dry a little. Add the tuna mashed with a fork (without juice) and mix until smooth.

Cut the cabbage into straws, put in a salad bowl or other suitable dish, add cherry tomatoes, cut in half.

 

Then pour the beans and fish over the vegetables, and finally add the rye croutons.

  

Season with mayonnaise, stir and serve the finished salad.
