Beef steak with arugula garnish sprinkled with citrus dressing and goat cheese. Slices of orange give freshness and a pleasant warm feeling.

Required products :

  • 200 grams of beef steak
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 oranges
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 packet of baby arugula
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 30 grams of goat cheese (or feta cheese), crushed
  • 1/4 cup pecan or walnuts, roasted and crushed

Method of preparation :

Season the beef steak with salt and pepper to taste. Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the steak until semi-finished. Then place it in foil for 10 minutes.
