How To Cook Vegan Beads With Lemon Peel And Lavender - Recipe

Necessary products:

  • 1 cup Indian cashews
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon lavender extract
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
  • 2-3 dried dates
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of sea salt

Method of preparation:

Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Put the cashews in a blender and grind it. Add the remaining ingredients and beat until smooth.

Using a spoon, scoop and form balls. Arrange them on the pan and freeze for 15-20 minutes. Serve, arranged in a plate and sprinkle with lemon zest.
