How To Cook Vegan Kisses Stuffed With Kiwi And Pineapple - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Vegan kisses stuffed with kiwi and pineapple". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

190 milliliters of canned chickpea liquid

1/2 teaspoon cream tartar

125 grams of powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

400 grams of coconut yogurt or soy

1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave

4 pieces of passion fruit - cut and removed the inside

4 kiwis, peeled and cut into thin slices

2 oranges, peeled and sliced

200 grams of finely chopped pineapple

2 tablespoons grated coconut

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 130 degrees.

Line two trays with paper.

Using a mixer, beat the chickpea liquid for 10 minutes until it doubles and a white creamy mixture is obtained. Add the tartar cream and powdered sugar, spoon by spoon, until a mixture similar to that for kisses is obtained. Add the vanilla and stir for the last 1 minute.

Put 2 tablespoons of the mixture in piles in the trays, using a spoon to form a disc with a diameter of about 9 centimeters. Form the whole amount of mixture in the same way - you should get a total of 8 discs.

Bake for 2 hours without opening the oven. Then turn off and leave for an hour. Finally, remove the kisses from the oven. Allow them to cool completely. Don't worry if they crack or shrink, the fruit garnish will cover them completely.

Combine the maple syrup with the milk and put 1 teaspoon of the milk cream on the kisses. Spread the fruit on top and sprinkle with coconut at the end. Serve immediately so that the kisses do not soften.
