Required products :

  • 400 grams of zucchini (cleaned of seeds and without peel)
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 300 grams of cottage cheese
  • 80-100 grams of yellow cheese
  • 2 proteins
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • green onions, parsley, dill - to taste
  • different types of ground pepper to taste (red, white, black ...)

Method of preparation :

Washed, peeled and cleaned of seeds zucchini grate with a coarse grater. Do the same with the carrot. Mix them and leave for the moment. While you prepare the other products, the vegetables will release juice, which is not necessary for the dish and you can drain.

Put the curd in a bowl, add the coarsely grated yellow cheese and a little chopped green spices.

Beat the egg whites to a stiff foam, then add to the yellow cheese curd.

Season with different types of ground pepper, add the crushed garlic and stir.

Return to carrots and zucchini. Drain the juice that has separated, season with salt and pepper, stir again and spread the mixture in a greased form.

On this layer put a second of the curd with yellow cheese, level the surface and bake the dish in the oven at 180 degrees.
